Instructions:

1. Create a video and save it in one of these formats: .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG transferred from most digital cameras, camcorders, and cell phones. for more info click here.

2. To upload videos to YouTube you must sign in and create an account. sign in here.

3. Once you've uploaded your video you are provided with some code that you can copy and paste into the "video Embed Code" area above.

4. add your name, a title, and a story about the video and SUBMIT it. You will then be given an opportunity to PREVIEW the video and , if all is correct, PUBLISH it.
